We are a company looking to launch a new business directory service and sourcing of supplies for businesses. We are seeking sales telemarketing companies that will be paid on a generous commission arrangement with increasing commissions per conversion based. The payment structure is geared to allow regular commissions each month to be paid for existing clients signed up to the network in addition to new conversion payments as detailed below.
Potential clients would be offered (what you need to sell the client on) :-
• listing in a website directory service that public could search
• this listing would be based on a unique classification we give the business (to be disclosed after non-disclosure agreements have been signed with potential partners)
• various documentation - stickers and certificates that the client could use to promote their business and display at their shops / offices
• ability to purchase goods at discounted low rates through our partnering company which has drop ship warehouses located in China. The savings here for clients depends on volumes but could mean $100's to $1000's of dollars per month of savings on goods they purchase regularly
• part of the setup and ongoing payments clients make will be donated to various partnering charities
Clients would pay an initial fee and then an ongoing monthly fee to remain part of the directory and to be able to purchase goods at discounted rates through our partnering company.
The rewards for successful sales companies are limitless and depend solely on the number of conversions per day and client base. We are structuring a payment scheme that could allow the right sales company to create an entire business out of this opportunity, expanding as conversions per day increase. The clients that can be signed up to this scheme can be from anywhere in the world and applies to any business. Our suggestion is to focus on small businesses initially which is where we see the best opportunities, however we would like the successful partnering sales companies to be proactive in the marketing approach and identifying target sectors and refining sales scripts based on feedback from calls.
The sales company would get commission on the initial sale and the ability to receive ongoing commissions each month for every client signed up forever, whilst the client continues to remain in the website network (paying each month).
Our initial thoughts on the payout structure is as follows:
Initial payment made by client: $24.95 of which the sales company would receive an increasing payment per sale of:
# sales per day Commission / sale
15 $6 (paid on next 5 sales after first 10)
20 $8 (paid on next 5 sales after first 15)
>20 $10 (paid on all sales over 20 for the day)
Recurring payment made by client: $8.95 of which $1.00 goes to the sales company for all signups they have signed up that are still in the website network. To receive this payment the sales company must have a weekly sales average in past 4 weeks of > 80 per week.
All payments above are in USD.
We are seeking formal responses from any experienced sales telemarketing companies, including an overview of their proposed approach, estimated number of personnel working on this project each day, estimated number of phone calls to businesses each day, etc. Clear management / point of contact for us with good communication is mandatory.

Some other key elements we are looking for include:
- Participation of the company to facilitate pre-campaign briefings and training for their telemarketing agents to ensure the correct message is getting out through calls on the product and company image
- Review the call center scripts with the prospective telemarketing partner before training begins.
- Companies that utilize a two- or three-shift operation, allowing your campaign to be spread throughout multiple time zones is desirable
