Project Description:
We require BPO/Call Centers or even Individuals who can do lead generation for us. The process details are given below with all the criteria. It is a complete hot key transfer where the agent calls up the customer and gets all the details and makes him come in the criteria that's mentioned below:
RTA / EL Leads ONLY (Personal Injury Leads)
Our Standard Criteria
Customer must had an RTA in last 3 years, which was not his / her fault.
Customer must sustain an Injury as a result.
Customer must visited a GP/Hospital because of it.
Customer must have not signed any paperwork with any solicitor for this accident so far.
Customer must have access to third party details.
Note: If customer does not have the third party details handy at that moment but clearly says he/she is able and willing to obtain it, lead is in criteria.
For EL: Was this accident recorded in the accident book? YES. Note: If not recorded in accident book: Do you have a witness to this accident? YES answers only.
Customer must want to claim? Or must be happy to receive a call from a claims company/solicitor.
Need the Type of the Accident.
Customer must be a UK Resident.
Customer must had an accident at England & Wales.
Customer must have time to speak with an advisor over the Hot Key.
Payout Slab : GBP 125-175 (depending on the number of leads generated)
