Project Description:
I'm looking for an individual or call center with experience in English speaking outbound calling to set up face to face appointments for me. I do ask however for a voice sample as I need to make sure you are fluent in English and do not have an accent that is hard to understand.
The numbers that will be called are USA numbers.
I will supply the list of numbers to call and a script to be used.
I will require a daily log emailed to me showing who was called and the results of that call.
You must make the calls between normal business hours 8-6 in the US eastern time zone (GMT-5).
You are bidding on the first test part of this assignment comprising of a small list of 100 numbers.
Successful completion of this initial test will qualify you for phase 2 with a much larger list.
