Sell Bulk Email Service By Phone

Hello, I am running an email marketing service in one of the Arabic GCC countries with a mailing list of 250K email address. There are about 4 main local agencies in my country in which they are running the same service. Two of them are using the tele-marketing girls to bring orders, the other two are employing outdoor salespersons to bring orders. I can't afford right now an in-house and permanent staff either as a tele-marketing or outdoor sales staff, so I am looking for someone who can make tele-marketing for me. I will provide you with the phone numbers for the companies that I regard them as my service prospects. The business language here is English, so you will be calling and talking in English. The 4 main local comparators are able to bring 3 orders everyday [ I am a member in their mailing lists so I know every time the send any e-shot ]. My need for now is to secure one order everyday at least, this mean I should send one e-shot every day for some client. I will be paying you in two ways: 1- I will pay your international calls cost, up to 200$, I suggest you use some cheap or free service like Skype or whatever your prefered method to do the international calls and save the time and money to bring sales as much as you can. 2- For any order you bring me, I will give you a 50$ as a sales commission, so if you able to bring me the required sales quota - which is one order a day - then you will earn 50$ * 5 = 250$ a week, or 1000$ a week. And if you bring me more sales - as the other 4 comparator sell or near to them - then you will earn more. Kindly note, when I say " bring me an order', this mean you should finish everything with the prospect, and just call or email me with the client address so I can go and collect the payment, then I will send his e-shot the next day. So you will be responsible to entirely CLOSE the deal in order to deserve the 50$ commission.
