What we require:
We need experienced outbound sales professionals (telemarketers) to schedule appointments for our physical Gold and Silver specialists to sell and close the deal. We need the people (leads) to be excited and anticipating the appointment and ready to discuss the value of owning PHYSICAL Gold and Silver instead of "paper" gold and silver investments. The people that you will be calling will be luke warm leads.
The leads are people who have sizable investable assets and have expressed interest in Gold and Silver. Specifically, they are people that have requested information on leveraged "paper" gold and silver. The leads will have already been contacted about owning "paper" Gold and Silver. Our position will be that we can provide PHYSICAL Gold and Silver to them that they can actually hold versus only having a piece of paper that says they own Gold or Silver is some obscure location in the world.
Specific expertise/background that we are seeking:
The ideal candidate will be extremely professional and have experience in financial sales. They will need to be able to articulate in a concise manner the value of owning PHYSICAL Gold and Silver over "paper" Gold and Silver. We know that we will need to provide specific coaching and training before you make calls on these topics. The most important thing is that you can articulate and conceptualize why it truly is VERY important for every investor (person) to have a portion of their assets in PHYSICAL precious metals.
To incentivize you to set quality appointments for us we will provide you with a bonus every time one of our Specialists (closers) actually make a sale. It will be based on the size of the deal. You will have the opportunity to make considerable bonuses so long as your appointments lead to converted sales.
We need you to call 1000 leads and set as many appointments as possible within a 2 week time frame that will start within a few days once we decide on who we are hiring.
