American Financial Benefits Center ( [www.afbcenter.com][1] ) is looking for an upbeat, effective, and dependable telemarketing / telemarketer company that have a successful track-record with phone sales and customer service to transfer to our company live sales leads, or capture and provide call back appointments for our company sales representatives. No Selling Involved! "It's just a conversation with a possible customer" to see if they qualify for our program. The project's primary focus is to qualify leads and live transfer those phone calls to our sales team, or set critical appointments for a sales rep to respond.

You need to know the basics of the program, which I have described below, however it is the job of the sales rep to sell the program. This is a program that helps people become debt free within 3-5 years, whereas if they continued to pay their minimum credit card payments - it would take upwards of 18 years to pay off, and they would pay double the interest. Not everyone qualifies - and it is a privilege if they are accepted into the program as there is limited space available each month for new enrollments! That is the attitude you must have. Your job, is to capture the lead, lead generation, set appointment with prospective clients, and then pass the information/call off to our company to close the sale.

There are over 60 million people in the United States that are prime candidates for this program. We help people get out of debt, avoid debt settlement and financial bankruptcy, and the program keeps their credit score high (which is a very important part of this program). The United States is at turning point where people don't have the money to consume like in previous decades and generations, and are trying to get out of debt without hurting their credit, and beginning to live more modestly. We help them pay these debts off, honestly, with the support of the major financial institutions that got them in debt, all for a small fee and enrollment. Your job - to find those leads and pass them to AFBC's sales staff to enroll them in the program.

This is not a temporary opportunity; our company is already established in the industry, and desires to grow at an accelerated rate. To perform this function, we need an influx of live leads / appointments set that have been pre-screened to qualify for our program.

AFBC will provide various one page scripts, and work with you on different scripts so that can properly qualify leads / appointments. You must have the ability to transfer the lead (phone system), or take appointment, and forward to our sales staff. Our ideal lead is described below, and the various scripts used will ask questions that will give you the following answers:

1. Do they have $7,000+ of credit card debt?

2. How many credit card accounts do they have?

3. Are their interest rates over 12% APR?

4. Do they have a source of income (i.e. job, retirement income, government income, etc..)?

5. Are they less than 6 months behind on payments, how far behind they are?

6. Do they have a desire to pay-off their credit card debts and maintain a high credit rating (FICA score)?

7. If they have a Bank of America credit card, they must have at-least one other credit card with a minimum of $7,000 of debt on it.

8. Ideal lead: 620+/- FICA score, up-to 80% utilization of Credit Card balances, $20k balance on Credit Cards, two or more Credit Cards currently opened.

9. They must not live in an unapproved state. There are 8 states we don't do business in.

* * ** AFBC is a sales and marketing affiliate company for a consumer education benefits association program & non-profit consumer credit counseling program. In the program; clients will be enrolled into these two programs. Your primary function within this scope,

IS SOLELY TO CAPTURE THE LEAD. Again, no selling involved however you must have an understanding of the process involved so you know if you are talking with a potential client or not. Here is a general description of the program:

Typically the client is going to ask how the program works.

"It's a government monitored and regulated program that allows consumers to get all of their high interest rate credit cards consolidated to one low monthly payment. It also allows us to take all of your current interest rates and reduce them to our pre negotiated interest rates that range for 2.9% -9.9% depending on the creditor. The program also allows us to convert your interest rate from compound interest to simple fixed interest. That way majority of your new monthly payment actually goes towards paying off the principal and not just to interest"

Typically the client is going to ask - Does it affect my credit?

"No, the program does not affect your credit in any way. For several reasons. The first is because the debts are being paid in full. Also, the creditors receive a payment every month as agreed. The reason you are able to become debt free so much quicker on this program, is because the reduction in interest rates and converting them to simple interest, from fixed interest."

Typically the client is going to ask - Are my accounts going to be close?

"Any debt that is being enrolled into the program, that specific account will be closed. However, you can open new accounts. You can also pick and choose the cards that you are including. That way you can leave out an "emergency card" if it's necessary.

How much is this going to cost me or what's in it for you?

"Well the only fee that is associated with this program is a onetime membership package benefits fee. This fee is determined by the underwriter when he reviews your file. Typical he can qualify you for the no out of pocket cost so we can roll the fee into your debt amount and you don't have to pay it out of your pocket.
* * *You will be required to:



1. Be fluent in English and Well-Spoken.

2. Use the scripts provided to achieve the lead and qualify them.

3. Provide your own source leads, to produce the live leads and appointments for the project.

4. All prospective leads generated must be from the United States. This is our target market.

5. Transfer live calls between 10am-7pm Pacific Time (US & Canada).

6. Have phone / computer capability to transfer a live call to our system. Once project has been assigned, we will make sure to set this up so we are compatible.

7. Transfer between 25-45 **Qualified** leads / day. We plan to grow within the next 6-12 months to 130-150 live leads needed per day. Starting with the 25 is fine and we can go from there.

8. Set 25-40 appointments / day for call backs to **Qualified** leads.

9. Leads must be qualified, meaning they must at a minimum meet the criteria described below for the program to be considered a qualified leads. If a lead is live transferred or appointment set, and they don't have one of the follow below, the lead will be rejected and will not count and no payment will be due. All questions will be answered by the client through the use of a script, very quickly within the first minute of a conversation with a potential lead. Once you are selected to do the job, the necessary scripts and training will be provided to your person in charge. The minimum criteria for a transfer or appointment set is:

a. $7000+ in credit card debt?

b. Interest rates on the credit cards over 12% APR?

c. The number of/how may accounts they have open? (i.e. 3 credit cards, etc..)

d. Minimum of one Credit Card, if that card is a Bank of America Credit Card - they must have another card that is not Bank of America.

e. Name, phone number of lead. (Only for appointment setting)

10. Be professional when dealing with customers.

11. Be prompt in your transfer times.

12. Be dependable with delivering leads and/or appointments per day.

13. Provide references of your performance, or have a good standing on Vworker.
* * *Bidding for the project: Per / Unit basis



I will accept the following bid types/structure. You may only be able to provide one or the other, or both. That is o.k. Please state the volume you will be able to produce on a daily basis (Monday - Friday).

When you bid, please specify which type of lead generation function (live transfers or call back appointments) you are wanting to bid on, and your bid dollar amount per unit delivered to AFBC.

* Payments for leads will be distributed every Thursday (once per week), for all leads transferred and/or appointments set through the end of the previous week (Friday is end of week). Every Tuesday, you and AFBC will compare records to verify the number of leads transferred / appointments set to ensure proper payment to you is made.



* **Bid #1**: $US dollar amount requested **per live transferred lead** to AFBC during company business hours to a live sales representative, or 'warm transfer.' This amount will be on a per-transferred lead basis. AFBC will keep a record of all inbound transferred leads from you, and you will keep a record of all outbound transferred live leads, and as described above, a comparison will take place to ensure proper payment is made.



* **Bid #2**: $US dollar amount **per qualified appointment set with client**. Our sales reps can call the lead back with the information you provide AFBC. AFBC will keep a record of all appointment leads sent over from you, and you will keep a record of all appointments set, and as described above, a comparison will take place to ensure proper payment is made. Appointments set with prospects must be set within 48 hours of live phone conversation with telemarketer and immediately transferred to AFBC.



* **Bid #3**: $US dollar amount per Closed lead / Enrolled lead. You will get paid when the lead you transfer is enrolled in the program by an AFBC sales representative. There will be a premium paid for workers that engage this service only. If you are confident that you can qualify and send over strong leads, you may want to bid this way. We are an established company that closes leads. If you send over leads that close every-time, you will get paid a premium.

Dispute Resolution:



Because this is an ongoing project , and it will be accounted for on a week by week basis, AFBC is looking to build a long lasting relationship with its vendors to consistently produce qualified leads on a weekly basis. It is the goal of AFBC to build the relationship in good faith so that it is mutually beneficial to both parties (AFBC & Worker / Worker Company), however from time to time it realizes that because of the nature of this work, minor disputes will occur over the quality of the lead. AFBC recognizes this and in the provision describes how they will be resolved. The provision below is how disputes will be settled/resolved on a weekly basis between AFBC and Worker, if there is a disagreement between AFBC & Worker for one, or all of the factors specified below the resolution will be agreed to prior to doing business with each other:

1. Lead or appointment is not qualified and doesn't meet the basic parameters specified above.

2. Failure to produce required amounts of leads on an even flow basis based off weekly requirements that are set, and agreed to each week by AFBC and Worker (example: If AFBC requires 40 live transfers / day, it expects that amount to be delivered +/- each day. If worker transfers 100 leads one day, and 10 leads the next day, AFBC will not be able to handle the 100 leads that day, and those leads will be lost and no value created?. Vice-Versa, if we need 100 leads, and you transfer 10, then we didn't have enough leads for that day and AFBC will incur costs to employee people without having enough leads/day available.

3. Appointments that are set must be within 48 hours of conversation between telemarketer and prospect. If prospect doesn't engage in call with sales rep for appointment, then lead cost is discounted as described below.

Resolution process: If any of the reasons above takes place, worker acknowledges that a dispute may arise and it agrees to settle such dispute as follows:

1. AFBC agrees to pay worker for 50% of the bid amount for leads that are "un-useable", or provide no value to AFBC.

2. AFBC agrees to pay 50% of bid amount for disputed amounts of quality leads. If the lead is good, and meets the criteria set forth above, 100% of bid amount will be paid.

It is AFBC's goal to obtain quality, qualified leads, anything otherwise is unacceptable and has no value to the company. AFBC recognizes there are variations within this requirement and many possibilities for disputes. However, AFBC will warn worker if there is a problem within 24 hrs if a possible dispute may occur. AFBC understands the variableness within this project and will be very accommodating to the worker in regards to this possible issue.
