Project Description:
We are a creative agency based in Brisbane, Australia looking for 2 new virtual assistants:
1. Proposal writer (urgent position).
This is a commission based position, where I will reward 10% of project bid for all won projects over different freelancing sites and also by the project details we provide you. Additional incentives will be provided based on:
a) number of projects applied, lost and won ratio
b) hourly rate for the won project
c) Project length
This is very beneficial for people with knowledge, but don't have time to work. Easy way to earn money. You get us a project, we will complete the project, pay you your commission.
To quote for this, please provide a list of all the online sites you can start submitting proposals on, and some samples of porposals you have written.

2. Outbound telemarketing and lead follow ups and emails
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable (100% of the time), friendly and enthusiastic. You need to have excellent phone communication skills, and written communication skills as this role will heavilly involve emails and phonecalls. We are flexible in terms of working arrangements for the chosen candidate.
The position requires you to:
Understanding of the web and online marketing/search marketing
Experience in outbound calling is essential.
Make outbound calls and send marketing emails to prospective clients around the Brisbane area
Follow up leads and keep records
Make calls to potential customers located in Brisbane so it will be necessary to have free National (or international depending on your country) calls included in your current phone plan (which is available through Skype and other providers).
Make appointments within Google Calendar
Respond to emails
Be confident and enthusiastic when calling people, and have a great phone manner.
Experience in this type of work is required (and experience using Google Calendar). You are not required to do any direct sales. You can set your own hours, however to be considered for this role, you will need to be able to call people during the day in Australia.
