Project Description:

We are a loan modification processing company that has been in business for many years and we are looking to expand. We are looking for an outbound call center that can generate their own leads and call out to prospective homeowners.

I'm looking for competent sales people to talk to homeowners who are in need of a loan modification.

1. You will need to be able to have a basic understanding of loan modifications and answer a few general questions.

2. You will need to work with the homeowner and fill out a financial analysis worksheet and send the worksheet to our pre qualification department for review and approval.

3. You will need to follow up with the homeowner based on the approval or (need more information) notes from our pre qualification department and fusilitate the sale. Our company will then forward a contract for services to the homeowner and you will need to follow up and answer any questions and stay in contact with the homeowner through the signing of the agreement and payment.
