We need 2 part-time contractors to start working immediately to make phone calls to employers. She/he must be enegetic, fast paced, goal getting and result-oriented, having at least one year of sales experience, at least associate degree, be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel. He or she shall be working for 2 hours per work day, and speak at least near native English. US citizens are preferred due to time zone issues, but not a must.
You will be paid hourly and $10 bonus for every placement. You will be calling potential employers who have seasonal labor needs in the summer (June -- September) , and want to hire international students for the summer of 2013. You need to go on the Internet to identify these employers and start making calls. You need to make AT LEAST 15 QUALITY PHONE CALLS per hour. Hard working and persistent - because you may have called 30 employers to find only one employer will hire, if you are lucky, one employer will hire 10 students. That's why you need to make as many calls as possible and get to speak to the General Manager of the hotels/resorts/national park area lodgings. We will train you how to make the calls and get the most out of one phone call.
I have 15 years of b2b telemarketing and lead generation experience at all level executives in USA and Canada. Also worked for a management consulting for 6 years and was one of the top 2 agents. Currently working independently and use skype to make calls.
