Project Description:
We are looking to immediately hire an english speaking call center for our telemarketing campaign.
We are looking for a reliable call center who can handle a high volume of calls, roughly 5,000-10,000 calls per week. Applicants should have extensive telemarketing and sales experience and be committed to turn leads into customers. The should be very professional, have both a friendly and upbeat attitiude and be well-organized. A reporting system of calls made, durations and outcome would be required daily. Little to no accent is preferred.
Calls would need to be placed between 9am and 11pm EST. We will need to conduct a short paid trial with the project winner(s) to insure that we work well together, and you are able to get the conversions. Incentives will be given for good sales volume.
Please give a full break down of costs included in your bid, your telemarketing experience, how many calls you can handle per week, and your DAILY charges.
