Customers are all over the US but concentrated more in New York which is the embroidery capital of the world !
Job Description:
We're looking for a Telemarketer to help us with our direct marketing needs.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage outflow of calls to current or prospective clients/customers
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe our services, in order to persuade potential customers.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
- Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for services.
- Explain services and prices, and answer questions from customers
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
- Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts
Your qualifications:
- Basic telephone etiquette
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience a plus
