Two weeks of train the trainer on Call center skills and requirements. followed by three weeks of leading training sessions for new hires. Training 500 employees, 80 hours over two weeks. Starts mid-February. Ends early April. Queens, New York. Training will be split into four sessions of 100-125 per session. Audio Video will be used for first week and second week is mostly hands-on computer training.
This program is for the MTA and is a five year contract. Good trainers will be considered for long term employment.
