We are looking for someone who can deliver an assessment day and 8 day training course to fresh graduates who will have just joined a large IT services company. As field sales executives selling outsourced solutions they will be responsible for developing relationships within target accounts, a mixture of existing clients and new business targets.
Component 1 Assessment Centre Key Points
• Design and execute an assessment day (approx.. 10 until 4) to assist final selection in recruitment process
• 9-12 attendees
• There will be support on the day itself to help with the running
• Some kind of scoring/report to assess the performance of the attendees
• To take place in Birmingham, early-mid March
Component 2 Sales Training Key Points
• 8 full days training comprising of;
o Initial 4 days sales training (company induction and product training to be provided separately by the company)
o 2 x 2 days training to be held within 2 months. Further sales training, pipeline management etc
• Some kind of accreditation at the end
• Training will be held in Birmingham in March/April/May
• You will need to provide content and materials
