Project Description:

I am looking for a ghostwriter for a 50 Page Instruction Manual the simplifies the intern selection and hiring process.

TITLE:
--o "How to Hire Interns and NOT be Evil"


MUST:
--o Have a title Page
--o Have a table of contents
--o Have an annotated bibliography
--o Have an index of relevant terms and concepts
--o Be divided into chapters that are capable of supporting themselves, but flow with the rest of the document as a whole
--o Be original and creative (pictures and diagrams are an added plus)!!!
--o Be easily readable and fun, but business oriented.


CONTENT:
--o Readability needs to be on the same level as the "For Dummies" series of books
--o Intended audience: Western small business owners employing college level interns
--o Must have a section on "Interns and labor laws"
--o Section on "Maintaining morale in a group setting"
--o Single spaced, No more then 1 inch margins, Body text: 12pt Font
--o Final document must be submitted as an editable .pdf AND .doc file


BIDDER SELECTION CRITERIA:
--o Each bidder must submit a one page sample .pdf
--o This .pdf must demonstrate: Project Ideas, writing style, creativity, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
--o Sample submissions MUST be submited before the project closes
--o Bidder will be selected on the final day


MILESTONE MARKERS:
--o Rough draft is due on day 14
--o Project complete on day 21


PAYMENT:
--o Payments are Getafreelancer escrow
--o 40% will be released from escrow upon completion of the rough draft
--o 60% will then be awarded after full project completion


NOTES:
--o Note #1: The moment the chosen bidder accepts the bid, day 1 begins
--o Note #2: The 50 pages DO NOT include the: title page, table of contents, bibliography, nor the index
--o Note #3: The maximum bid is $250 ...THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE!!!

    This manual will be used primarily in the United States. However, a section that covers hiring interns in other western nations is desirable.

    Hmmm...
    As long as you release all copyrights upon completion, I'm cool with that. If you write a cool manual, you deserve credit.

    Mr.Kavei007, your grammer is very interesting.

    EXAMPLE:
    "When broccoli can help to prevent cancer, carrots are believed to be excellent for the eyes."

    The 1st and 2nd half of the sentence doesn't quite match.

    Also, while you are consistant with your main idea, your idea flow is a little random.

    But...
