Virtual Assistant

I need a Virtual Assistant to do different stuff, such as bookkeeping, finding and organizing information from the internet or with telephone, monitoring and reporting, setting appointments, data entry etc. Besides that there will be different ad-hoc assignments. I will expect you to solve problems within all your listed qualifications within this agreement I will send you the materials to work with as PDFs etc, and you return it in xls and other, or you will work on our computers, using a remote desktop tool. Our company is a small international company with customers in many European countries. We work in the printing industry You speak very well English; if you speak other European languages it will be to your advantage. I am hoping to develop a long and steady relationship. REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS You can work full time or part time. We will agree on which hours you must - unconditionally - be available to me. Please expect that I will be requiring that some of your work time will be scheduled on Saturdays/Sundays, as I will have extra time for you those days when the office and production is closed.
