Requirements.
1. Very good English reading / writing skills.
2. Should be very good in Hindi translation. No grammar mistakes or sentence formation errors.
3. Should be able to write it very native to the language. Not sentence to sentence translation.
4. Available on skype / gtalk / phone communication.
5. Sample required. Should pass copyscape.
6. Article writing, proof reading etc are a big plus.
