Our website sells school uniforms. For each school, we create a dedicated page that is uniquely for that school. When students from that school visit our site, we need to provide that visitor a simple way to navigate to their schools page. Here are our requirements to accomplish this:

First, a pull-down that would allow the visitor to select the state or province that their school is located in. Second, a field for "school name" where the visitor types in some or all of the name of their school. Lastly, a "search" or "go" button. When the results are returned, the school name(s) should be a link to the custom page we have created for that school.
The schools, links, etc., all need to be easily changed and administered by the webmaster.
