Looking for a Confident & Professional Assistant/Team Leader in the Philippines to:
1. Answer and make outgoing calls to clients (Not telemarketing) for a flat fee per call
2. Manage projects from start to finish - small easily managed tasks, email response and online chat.
3. HR experience is also helpful, but BPO management is vital.
This is SEO and Language Translations - so you must be familiar with both areas
4. You must be able to answer calls during UK GMT business hours (3pm - 12 am)professionally in our company name and answer all inquiries confidently and clearly.
5. You must be have perfect English, have at least 5 other agents in your team. I only want to work with one person (the team leader). You must have privacy agreements with all your agents and security to ensure client information is kept private. You (and your team) must work within a professional BPO office with fast internet access.
Please place your bid for 10 hours to start - after a trial this will go into a 6 month agreement or more.
