Project Description:
Translator needed to remotely assist with an ongoing journalism project reporting on the experiences of refugees in living in the United States.

Needed: Ability to listen to prerecorded interviews conducted in Burmese and Karen dialects and translate them into written English transcripts of the interviews. Turn-around time of a few days per interview is essential (minimum of 3-5 interviews), as is fluency in both languages and translation accuracy.

Payment per interview preferred - price quote requested. Each interview can be sent via email, Dropbox (or similar program), as an audio file. Interviews are typically 30-45 minutes each.

In addition to payment, translation credits on the project can also be offered if desired (project is set for publication in December/January).
