Greetings from Alaska,
As a professional translator who loves the craft, I regularly check job-opening posts seeking for new and interesting challenges.
Your job position drew my attention. With over 20+ experience as an in house interpreter/translator and educator in various organizations, in the US and overseas, I feel I would fit your job description well.
My rates are flexible and I am open to negotiating a final cost, which is agreeable to both parties.
Some information about myself:
I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, from Anglo/Argentine parents, and am fluent in Spanish and English since early childhood.
I graduated from a bi lingual boarding school in BA. and hold certificates from the Escuela de Idiomas de Madrid, Cambridge University Overseas Branch and a Fine Arts degree from Covenant Life College, BC. Canada.
As a professional I strive to find the meaning behind the text. I believe that accuracy is a staple element in any job assignment and it can only be achieved through close attention to detail.
Communication with my client is of vital importance at all times. This can be done via email and I am always available and open to helpful comments, critique and advice. All project data can be delivered electronically.
My commitment is to you, the client, and my aim is to maintain a professional and open working relationship by working within the agreed upon budget and time bracket.
