Video Sharing social Networking site

Project Description:
Hello, i need someone to create a more fun, and innovative video sharing site. The site has to be created from the bottom, with great fun design. I will also need the site to have all the functions of youtube with little functions of face book.
-----The site includes------
A Vibrant homepage with a live chat box.
Users are able to make clean and simple profiles where they uploaded videos show.

I will like to have different categories for videos.

There is alot more i will discuss with the winner.

I will not discriminate against Freelancers with no history, but you would have to show me a visual of the begining of my site. Before you get paid and you will get paid in increments.

in order to get rewarded you must show me a portfolio showing that you can create a social networking site, and/or video sharing site/ and a vibrant fun design. Remember site must have all the functions of youtube. Including fast video streaming. As well as live video confrences.

I am shooting for $600 dollars, but i'm guessing the bids are going to be higher. Anything close to my price would be considered first. Thank you
