Need web interface modules developed for OpenWRT

Project Description:
We need to have some web interface modules developed for our router running OpenWRT.
The plugins should be written in LUA and there are plenty of examples already done for OpenWRT that you can use as a template.

There is no logic involved in the plugins, they simply do input/output of parameters to the operating system.

Specification of the plugins:
1) 3G connection status (There is already a 3G module that needs modifying)
The 3G information page on the router needs to display the following:
- Signal Level
- Service type (UMTS/GPRS/LTE)
- Cell Operator
- LAC/Cell ID
- Phone number
- Network status
- Modem model

All of this information is extracted from the 3G modem by
reading a file

2) We need to have the firewall module redone.
It's currently too messy.
We would like to have a firewall ruleset that takes as parameters the following:
Protocol, Source IP, Destination IP, Source and destination port (In the case of TCP or UDP), interface to apply rule, action.
This will then need to generate uci rules.

3)Other modules needed too.

Please only apply if you have some experience in OpenWRT, LUA programming. Prefer someone located in Europe due to time differences.
