User Interface Designer:
We’re an Application Development company and we’re currently looking for User Interface Designer (UIDs) to make layouts for our official website and products. We are looking to hire four (4) UIDs, one (1) will be focused in our apps layout, while the other three (3) will work on our application products.
You need to be someone can work independently and can engage collaboratively with us to build a relationship where additional requests can be quickly fulfilled.
You need to know how to work around parameters, in other words be able to stretch our Apps visual capability while still being inside the requirements. We want our Website and Apps to be as professional looking as possible while still being user friendly.
As we are on a tight schedule, what we require is an engagement on an hourly rate with an expectation that there will be a constant draft/review/result cycle to ensure that delivery milestones are met.
1.) Portfolio - We will need to see your previous work to match your ideas/capabilities with our vision. If you do not have a portfolio, please do not apply.
2.) Experience - You will need to be experienced. Because of our timeframe, we need someone who can catch on immediately to our needs and be able to give us drafts/results quickly.
3.) Tangible Reference of Quality Work - We're looking for the best. We need to see that you do have what it takes to be able to work quickly yet in an incredible quality of results.

You need to have:
1.) Great Communication - You need to be easy to contact. You will be required to be online in Skype and report to your direct supervisor about your day and status of your work. You need to be able to ask the right questions and ask them at the appropriate time. We expect you to ask questions before you even start your tasks.
2.) Punctual - Due to our deadlines, you need to be on time and always be at work when you have to.
3.) No prior engagements - If you have prior engagements, jobs, or job priorities we cannot hire you. We will need to be your number one job priority due to the timeframe and deadlines we have.
4.) Attention to detail - You need to be analytical and meticulous with your work.
- Your rate will depend in your previous experience, performance and results. If you think you’re worth your rate, prove it to us.
- You will have a trial rate which is about 60% to 75% of your full rate for one (1) week. This will serve as your evaluation period.
- We will be conducting interviews ASAP. A schedule will be given to you if pass our initial evaluation.
- The interview can last from 15 to 30 minutes depending on how the much information we need from you.
- The job will start ASAP. We will negotiate your work schedule once you are hired.
- Hours can range from 20 hours to more a week.
