Project Description:
Would like a software that will play video files in the background while the computer runs, displaying the video without interfering with the user's activities, ie whichever window the user is working on becomes partially transparent, allowing the video to be played through it.
The video should also play dimly through the desktop ie always on but faint.
Previous experience is a must. I will only consider those with significant hours and experience.
