Project Description:
Hello all,

Looking for a Maya or 3DSmax 3D Artist (would prefer Maya artist so files can be edited later if needed, but not necessary) PROFICIENT in ENGLISH as communication over internet would be troublesome if not.
To create a visual flyby of a land development site. Artist will model directly from the aerial shot as we want to take this picture and make it 3D. Artist will be required to create a landscape that has roads, trees, grass, small lake (can all be image based textures, does not have to be 3d grass or waterfx, trees paintfx or however you create your trees for an animation video fly through ) Add buildings to the area that already exist and in the flyby showcase new proposed buildings. Video 2-3 minutes. Script available so you can showcase areas the script talks about when you animate the camera

Animation will start by showing off the whole development then slowly bring the camera into show closer areas of the project. Camera will slowly showcase new proposed building locations with buildings in place ( can be any industrial building, will be more factory style buildings.. like a mill)

Aerial shot of current development site as of today available so artist can create everything that is in the image, add new buildings and animate the camera to showcase it all

View attached file to see exactly what you have to create and then showcase in the animation of what you created.
