Imitate a 3D video animation 5000$

Project Description:
I need to make a 3d video animation which is about 5 minutes long. It has a reference to video and you can do it with the comparison to achieve similar effect ( the video is seen attached and this is one of the pieces). This is about the baby in the matrix of the growth of the whole process from fertilization to the video, full 3d performance, high technical requirements.
Now we hope to find a team that has ability to complete this task. My budget is $5000, if the effect is good, it can be negotiated.
