Seeking Full Time Filipino Virtual Assistant-Philippines
Requires 40 hours of work per week (8 hours a day 5 days/week, for a total of 160 hours per month), with the goal of increasing this if needed to 50 hours per week for the right candidate.
**If you show your are hardworking and have desire to grow with the company you will increase your pay.
-Must have high speed internet-prefer an assistant with access to a back up generator for power
-should have access to cell phone for texting while power is down, poor weather hampers work and to notify of illness
-Must have excellent English reading, speaking and writing skills
-Excellent Research and Organization Skills
-Must have good basic blogging skills-upload, add theme, posts
-Must be available daily for meetings and updates via Skype/email
-Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube and content to website
-Project management (including finding and hiring candidates for various projects on sites like this one)
-manual directory submission, link building and social bookmarking
Please disregard the project budget as the rate of pay I am looking for is $1- $2.50 per hour.
NOTE: Please bid for the amount you would charge as a lump sum for two weeks (80 hours) of work.
Salary payments every week for first two months of probationary employment.
Upon successful performance review the employment will go to full time permanent work.
Payment for the 13th month is pro-rated based on start date.
One holiday work day per month as well.

2-3 Freelance Virtual Assistants will be chosen from this posting to perform similar tasks-at the end of 2 weeks I will use a performance review to chose a full time assistant that will complete the remainder of the probationary period assessment.
