Extract youtube videos; add text

Project Description:
I have a company that books event bands. I use the promo videos of several bands on you tube on my site; however, I would like to add my own contact information to them and re-post them on my own youtube channel. Here is what I need done:

1- Download approximately 20 videos from youtube (keeping the resolution as high as possible)
2- In video editing software, add some text to the video that has my contact information on it; delete sections with any additional contact information. Export video as a .mov file
3- Send the videos to me through some sort of drop box or place where I can download them (not email)
