I want to create something like this
The idea is to show links from China\India\Korea\European-Countries converging back to the Isle of Man (UK)
I am aiming for something like the aforementioned videos, with a final "zoom" down the Island, then a fade to black.
- Happy for a vector based map, but I am keen to demonstrate the flow of information.
- We have may sub-titles \ captions along the bottom also
I want to explore the costs\time-frames, then depending on the interest, I can develop a story-board.
Any questions - [Removed by Freelancer.com admin; exchanging of contact information is prohibited unless the project is already awarded.]

To expand on my initial brief and also following some feedback.
We are keen to emulate this video;
The animation should go from Asia (The East) towards Europe, the UK and eventually the Isle of Man (so Right to Left)
We want "data paths" to originate from the following countries, each individually but eventually converging as they progress, hop-by-hop back to the Isle of Man;
- Australia (Sydney)
- Japan (Tokyo)
- Korea (Seoul)
- China (Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing)
- India (2 or 3)
- Key countries in Europe
- Africa, single line progressing through Africa to the North
The County name appears first, and has cities names fade in\out around it. Then the country name can fade out
Eventually I want the camera to zoom in on the Isle of Man
If possible, the outline\fill of the Isle of Man to glow brighter (to white) so the camera zooms in, screen goes white, then fades back to black.
On the black background - we would then have sub-titles\captions
I will provide a map with a rough drawing of how it would appear..
I suspect this will change the scope of the project because there is less-emphasis on 3D Rending and more emphasis on animation\vector design.

I have attached a very *rough* PDF scan (need to rotate clockwise)
It shows the rough path of the "data" back from the East.
The dotted outlines show the initial perspective, progressively zooming closer and closer to Europe, the British Isles and eventually the Isle of Man.
Note the paths from the USA/South America. Once the camera zooms into Europe/Britain - I expect to see 2 or 3 across the Atlantic. Not interested in "seeing" Americas, just as it zooms in, the lines pan across the small part of the atlantic, Ireland and in from the West\Left.
Hope that makes sense! If you feel this changes the scope, please revise your offers!

"Draft" story board attached.
The last few frames (with a box) are to zoom in on the Island. The small box demonstrates the frame.
The Island should then glow white and the video fade to white entirely, then to black.
The cities\countries along the way should have text-effects (e.g. fade-in, grow, fade-out)
