I need a flash video created to be loaded by Network Solutions onto my new home page. I have the video, which is a flash version of a cable tv ad. It needs to be resized for my home page, and I need a layer added to it for the start and end of the video (a static photo)...as well as a skin to control playback. I have the photo and the video, and need someone to put them together and do a small amount of editing in flash.
