making an animated video

Project Description:
I need somebody to make me a one minute animated video to replace the one I currently have on my website. We made some change to the way we do our business and the old video must be replaced to reflect those changes. However, you will be able to use the current video I have as a good template to better help you understand exactly what I'm looking for.

In fact, if you had the same kind of animation used in my video you could probably just do a little editing and then add a little animation to demonstrate the changes I spoke about earlier. Currently the video is 2 minutes long and we will be cutting out almost a full minute. You need to understand this project is NOT JUST CUTTING MY CURRENT VIDEO.

You MUST be able to change the video to include these new business changes we've made. That means some ADDITIONAL content will be added. Please do not respond if you don't have those skills. It is very frustrating to have to explain to people who don't bother to read my entire post that you must be able to make a complete animation video from scratch.

I have already done a professional voice over that you must use in this video. That means when I get the video back the animation must match up EXACTLY with the voice over. No exceptions. I don't mean to be rude or disrespect anybody. However, freelancer can be extremely upsetting when you get people wanting the project that aren't qualified to do the project and haven't read the posting COMPLETELY.
