hi there! thanks for your help in advance.
i am doing a grant application, and they have requested that i submit a 2 minute video.
i would like to take this youtube video, about the search for a new cure for tuberculosis
which is about 7 minutes long, and make a clip of a maximum of 2 minutes (minimum of 1 min 30 seconds) out of it.
it needs to be in an uploadable file, with the following specs: Accepted formats: .mov, .mpg, .mp4, .m4v, .flv, .wmv
Maximum upload file size: 75Mb
content wise, if you could retain the parts where the problem of tuberculosis is described in text (e.g. disease of poverty, and 1.x million die each year, many of which are in the first 30 seconds or so, that would be good.
and if you could cut it down but still retain a nice flow that would be great.
i have attached a list of suggested "keeps" and "cuts", but feel free to use your artistic discretion.
so many thanks! this will be used to help get support to find a cure!
ps an alternate approach would be to do a sort of "mashup" drawing from some of the many existing videos that are listed in the attached ms word document. there was actually a "make your own video contest" that we could draw from. but i am leaning toward just cutting down the video first cited above
