Our software is available in 7 languages. We have about 500 customers in Sweden.
Your tasks: answer customer questions (cant answer -> escalate to one of us), keep customers happy, correspond to them on facebook/email/support tickets/phone/skype.
I am located in Sweden, the rest of the team is spread out thoughout the world. You will be serving northern countires (99% sweden, but will soon be norway and denmark as well).
You need to be swedish native language. Where you live is secondary (inside sweden, outside of sweden does not matter).
When I am out travelling you will be working more, when there is season (dec-jan and august-september) there will also be some more work than usual. During the summer months - usually very little to do.
Other from that it will regulary be about 10 hours per week work, let me know if you are interested in more hours - if so i can probably hook you up with some customers that need regular per hour computer help.
Your ideal background is that you are a social person with a bit of everything knowledge with computers - everything from setting up a network, installing programs, a bit of mysql, a bit of programming. You can easily combine working with me with other things like studies, being self employed etc.
