1) ability to speak, read and write great english, good phone & personal skills, cold calling/prospecting, online lead generation and calls, etc.
2) must know how to use the following: google voice, ms word, ms office excel, ms power point, google docs, google forms, mailchimp, etc.
3) must have capable tools: good running computer (no more than 3 years old), softwares for microsoft office and pdf's, good internet connection (cable or other higher), good headset for calls, skype account, etc.
*Various resources/tools and manual to complete daily jobs/tasks will be provided. Must be a self-starter, great personality, out-going, go-getter, willing to ask questions whenever necessary to succeed job/tasks, focused, organized, quickbooks bookkeeping knowledge but not necessary, possible seo, website skills and management helpful but not necessary, good and quick online research skills, etc.
Job will be related to real estate investments, business insurance and payroll, returning calls, checking voice mails, returning emails, phone handling/answering, efax (rx & sending), None are required however, a quick learner is welcomed to apply.
Initial Offer is for Part-Time: 5 hours/day, 5 days week (mon-fri), 9am-12noon then 1pm-3pm Central U.S. Time. $2 - $3/Hr offered depending on experience, etc. I am a little flexible with this schedule based on 1-2 before or after.
Important Note: job is initially for part-time however, will move to "Long-Term and Full-Time" if VA progresses job tasks successfully.
