I am looking for Part Time Virtual Assistant/Assistant Manager who can help manage overall project of the manager.
One Main Skill that you need to have is to have a very good English and Microsoft Excel.
1. Have good management skill to manage our outsource team staff
2. Have basic skill using Excel
3. Have basic skill on design (using photoshop/etc)
4. Have basic skill for HTML/CSS
5. Availability: Your working office hours should be GMT +[url removed, login to view] (Hongkong/Singapore) and available in skype
6. High speed internet connection
7. Reliable and Honest (I really count on you to help me !)
8. Have at least 2 years experience to be Virtual Assistant
1. Data entry for products/image/etc
2. Editing image or css/html
3. Helps all other task from manager, like: researching/follow up/sending email/etc.
Please note that we are an agile company. We are lean, mean, and fast moving. We are not looking to partner with big, process laden mammoth organization where any required overtime needs 15 forms to fill and 3 director approval.
