I have a PR2 on this website currently, I would like to make it PR5 within the next 60 days.

Involving Link Building, Creating Picture /Video Slideshows and mass video marketing to all the video websites, building forum profiles, and anything else you think will benefit SEO.

Please let me know your experience, any previous projects you have completed, and what tools / methods you will practice (and how often) for my website to get it PR5 within 60 days. If you offer a guarantee or guarantee TIER , if you get my PR4 I pay you $xx , if you get me PR 5 I pay you $100-150.
