Visual Basic 6 top 10 list by code

Project Description:
Read player information from a text file and fill in a top 10 list sorted by rating (see form2 of attached image)
A sample data.txt file will be provided with a list of playername rating country etc.
Read the file and sort players by rating highest on top.
Load the appropriate country flag from file (flags image folder is provided)
Compare old rating with new rating and put image up arrow or down arrow as shown in image form2

A complete vbp project of all the components will be provided to you as per the attached image.

All data must be put into the fields at run time using VB code.
