Sampling International makes sampling catalogs for the window fashion industry.

I'm look for a simple and easy program / spreadsheet that can help manage the process of controlling the fabric from our clients.

I have attached a Excel file that has two sheet we currently use.

The first Sheet (Main Sheet), holds all the key information about the fabric. The fabric list can be as much as 400 long.

The second sheet (Fabric control Clip) is a client control sheet. This sheet is the basic form where a clipping of the clients fabric is attatched so we can get approval. This can take a long time if there is 400 fabrics and we need three copies. The number of fabrics can vary from 5 to 400.

So I'm looking for a simple way of taking the key information from the Main Sheet and have it populate the Fabric control clip. I have highlighted in yellow the main information in the Fabric control clip to get from the Main Sheet. So with a click of a buttom I can print out a "Fabric control clip" for every fabric in the list with the fabric details on it.
