We have received a public database in two formats: Adobe PDF and TXT.

We need to have the TXT file converted to an excel file that is useful like the Adobe file, but output as specified below and output into excel so we can sort and work with the content. We also need to

We need the output database to have the following columns in an excel spreadsheet:

OWN/ACCT/SEQ

NAME

ADDRESS LINE 1

ADDRESS LINE 2

CITY

STATE

ZIP (including the extension)

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION - for example, in the PDF file under "Property Description" it may say for example "WFU TR 16, 17A", we want it to only say "WFU" in this column.

TRACT - from above in the property description where it would say for example "WFU TR 16, 17A" we want it to only say "16, 17A" in this column.

OWNERSHIP AMOUNT (this is the column that has numbers that would say .000120 RI or 0.007500 OR. This column should have only the number and not the text after it.

OWNERSHIP TYPE (this is the column that would show the RI or OR next to the number)

OPERATOR / JURISDICTION

Value (see value column)

Attached are the databases and two layout files that came with the databases. I'm not sure if the layout files are useful or not for this purpose.
