I have an Excel file with data about properties, e.g. type, size, number of beds, baths, etc. (see Sample Excel File.xlsx attached). The sample shows only 3 properties, but the data in the file keeps changing and has many properties on it.
I need to get the data extracted to make a nice presentable Pro Forma in a Word format for each of the properties, and it needs to look like the Sample Pro Forma.pdf (attached). Some of the data on the pro-forma needs to be manipulated, based on the extracted data, so maybe embedding en Excel table into Word would be a viable solution.
Notice that the address should appear on the cover page along with the company name and logo. The company name and logo should be the same for each Pro Forma.
The cover photo and the photo on the following page should be the same and I should have a placeholder and be able to select that cover photo for each pro forma.
As for the rest of the photos in the Pro Forma: there is a directory for each property with photos, named as that propertyâ€™s address. There should be 4 photos on each page of the Pro Forma, resized correctly to fit them in the page. Photos should be inserted into the Pro Forma automatically in batches of 4 on each page.
The Pro Forma generation should be totally automatic, upon selecting a property from the Excel file. The application should ask which row (or rows ) should be used and generate the PF based on that.
** Notice that not all the data needs to be used, and that data should be presented EXACTLY like in the Sample Pro Forma template.
