I want to develop a sustainability diagnostic tool, similar to the following link: http://www.sflnet.com/resources/diagnostic.htm
However, I want the tool in a spreadsheet format, with macro, VBAs and the works. The output should look like a dashboard with graphs, tables, etc.
I am attaching the spreadsheet which I need work with. Some of the tabs are empty (they will have questions soon). There are tabs starting with 'SVDF' with questions in them. The final few tabs have the output. I have put some traffic lights in the first few tabs (my limited knowledge of excel)! Have a look and let me know if you have any questions. Rather than having an ANSWERS column, if we can put 'buttons' next to each question (embedded in the cell), that would be best. There are 4 levels or categories, with Level 4 being the best, and Level 1 being the worst. The link that I sent you previously is sort of what I want this spreadsheet to resemble. Whatever formatting I have done in the attached spreadsheet, please ignore. Feel free to modify as you wish. One thing I would like is for me to be able to manually put in questions and that will be captured in the output (with formulas etc.). For example, one tab may be missing questions, and I will fill it up later. I don't want to have to enter any formulas in it. Also, please make sure that the formatting is consistent. If one tab has the information in a vertical manner, please make sure all the other tabs (question tabs) are the same. At the moment, I think it is not uniform.
