Project Description:
I want a patient billing & MIS software for a small nursing home.
Booking (optional)
Patient admission, bed transfer, discharge
Equipment/consumables billing
OT booking & billing
Outside laboratory/medical shop bills
Ambulance bills
Miscellaneous bills
Payments & refunds
Medicine/consumables returns
Billing with print
User access control for each form & report
All references are against bed number (for in-patients) or patient code (specially when discharged)
Proper checks against invalid entries
Patient Query & history

Use dropdown lists/combos for selection of types & small lists, but for dynamic/large lists MUST use textboxes with suggestive list (similar to Google search, when you type "lio" in the search box, a list below shows Lion, Lion's share, Lionel Messi,etc., you select one and it fills the search box)

Registers for all entries & 5-6 special reports (details in a day)
Time: 2 weeks + 2 weeks to fine tune.
Milestones: Dev1 (1 week) = forms (30% payment on workable completion)
Dev2 (1 week) = reports (30% payment on workable completion)
Mnt1 (2 weeks) = fine tune & finish to satisfaction (40% payment)
