Introduction:
CCTV remote video recording company.
Currently we are using MileStone Xprotect as our turnkey solution for recording, playback and livestreaming of remote CCTV ipcamera over the internet.
To take one step further we would like to build more capability of MileStone Xprotect by giving hosted CCTV recording on web beside there proprietory client.
Project Details:
We are the Solution Provider Partner of MileStone MileStone Xprotect is build mainly on .NET enviroment. They have given us the SDK/API to build our web solution
MileStone Xprotect will be the backend engine for recording of CCTV ipcamera
By using the SDK/API we want to build the following service:
- Customer visit our website, create a login and add his ipcamera, test the camera, select the recording options and other ipcamera details provide by MileStone Engine.
- The account creation, addition and tuning of ipcamera all are updated in MileStone Xprotect engine
- Now client can see his live feed from his camera on our website
- The live feed will be in jpeg or H.264 format max 640x480 and will be refreshed per second that means 1fps
- Beside live feed client can view the playback (rewind) for 1 month of recording on MileStone Xprotect server.
- The coding should be simple enough that mobile browser can view the live feed images on 1second refresh rate.
