DICOM IMAGE AND META DATA VIEWER APPLICATION

ALSO CODE MUST HAVE GOOD COMMENTING BEFORE PAYMENTS RELEASED Create a Windows Forms Application that would view DICOM image from DVD Create windows application that will import DICOM Images from the DVD to windows file system 1st window will have a button “SHOW WHAT IS IN THE DVD?” 1) Read the DVD drive and display in a checked List Box list of all images available in the DVD disk The checked List box displays date of study, EXTERNAL studyID, study name, Patient Name and Patient DOB. 2 a) Once the one list box item is checked , and user clicks a button “Show all Meta Data” we want to display all meta data in a grid on right side of list box (BUT NOT THE RADIOLOGIST REPORT). 3. Once the one list box item is checked , and user clicks a button “Show Radiologist Report” we want to display radiologist report in rich text box in a popup window 4. Once the one list box item is checked , and user clicks a button “show DICOM image” we want to display image in DICOM image viewer in a new popup window (mode less) 5. the new window (window in step 4 ) which is displaying the DICOM image must have a button “save to hard disk” Once clicked, another window will ask for Practice ID to enter in a text box (integer) After user enters practice ID and clicks OK then a. save the image to the Local File System. and also b. Save DICOM metadata to database table (USE SQL SERVER 2008 EXPRESS EDITION) available on the same computer Below metadata have to be saved to table Internal_imageid (auto number generated by us) external image ID or accession ID (available inside DICOM image) patient name patient dob patient gender study name study date study time study sequence number interpretation (results) radiology facility radiologist name file systEm path will be c:\dicomimages\practice id \ Internal image ID + date of image+ time of image+ sequence no+ patient dob yyyymmdd_format all items with + must be concatenated with underscore ================================================================ need separate menu item on main window “view radiology reports” if clicked Need separate window form to view image metadata from sql server table step 1 user have to selects practice ID step 2 user has to see list of all patients in that practice (tbl_patients has master list of all patients ) he will search and select a patient search by first name or last name or both (tbl_patient table structure will be provided to you) User will be allowed to select any single patient from that list box Then click a button “show list of all images available for selected patient” in a list box in same window form he will then select any single study Then click a button “ display meta data “ in a grid (meta data grid) in a popup window image name date time facility all other meta data available user can select any row in above grid (meta data grid) and clicks another button “show report” , then show radiologist report in a popup window or label with scroll bar or in rich text box (read only) the window title must have patient name/image name also the he can select any row in the above grid (meta data grid ) and click button “show image for selected row” DICOM image must be displayed in a DICOM viewer in a new mode les
