328431 Easy Redirect iFrame Software

I need a programmer to do this easy software project. It is a very basic visual basic (VB) project Basically, the software is a simple redirect script which opens a "popup" on the target page using an Iframe. I also provided you with the .php file with the code. All you need to do is create a simple visual basic interface for the software.
