Project Description:
I require a simple VB10 program that will provide me with an “Exam” like environment for multiple tests – initially I only need eight “tests” to be included with the program but I may use the winning bidder for ALOT of further work (depending on the quality and price).
The tests results should be accessible from Microsoft Excel as well as within the VB program.
So to be clear, I am paying for a “VB Exam environment” and 8 “tests” with the ability to add further tests in the future. At the end of this project you will provide: finished executable file(s), as well as the original coding, which an exceptional level of notation so I can follow what you have done.
This is an on going project with no deadline for an ADVANCED VB programmer – I will give completely honest feedback if your programming skills cannot deliver. You must have good English communication skills to understand my expectations as well.
Payment will be made at the end of the project. OR a PART payment MAY be made during the project once I am satisfied that you are capable of delivering the project to my expectations.
