Hello,
I have developed a Content management system in VB.net, with key features running in Visual Basic 6.
I wish to commission a developer to create a PDF to HTML converter component for me (In visual basic 6, or vb.net if absolutely necessary) to use within my VB6 programs. This will need to run through code and must not be a command line program. I will need to have an API provided so i can modify options when outputting HTML.
The ultimate use of the program will be that a user can upload his PDF file (it would be nice if anyone could make it handle other documents) through the backend of the system and then have your created software automatically convert to HTML (It would be beneficial to have a sort of page navigation in the HTML like adobes page overview in their reader) and subsequently output to specified directory. The more options the better!

We would use this above software but it would not handle PDFs created with Quark 7 and later.
Actually to cut a long story short, if anyone could make a component like the magellan one then this would be good!
