Populate Excel with Active Directory Share Permission Data

Greetings, I need someone to create a program or script for me that populates an excel spreadsheet with the following columns: Server, Server Folder, Share Name, User Being Reviewed, Current Permission Level I provide the server name & share name to your program under admin privileges, your program populates my spreadsheet with the correct data from active directory. I have attached an example spreadsheet which I would like the data to populate. I need the program to provide me the user names that have share permissions as well as their associated maximum share permission. However, if the program encounters a group object, I need the program to query that group and report the user names and permissions of that group. Therefore, there should be no AD groups, but only users listed in the spreadsheet. Note: There will be additional work on this project. This is just phase one of a longer audit project. I just want to see if this can be done successfully. I have MS Access 2010 and MS Excel 2010, so if the program needs a database backend, I can use Access. However, I would need a way to get the data from Access back over to Excel. The simpler the user interface, the better the program will work for me.
