Quick & easy :)

Hi... This project is easy and quick... so it's suitable for someone who wants to build his freelancer.com profile and get feedbacks etc... I need a desktop application, written in any language you prefer that does the following: 1) Browse specific folder (on my computer). 2) Edit the *.TXT files in this folder (and all sub-folders). -- It will remove the first 3 lines in the txt file. -- It will delete the 4th line (usually empty). -- It will take the 5th line, and make it the file name. So, it will RENAME the txt file to whatever is there in line #5 (if there is a special character that should NOT be in file name, it will be neglected. Take only text & numbers... all lower cases only... so if anything in Capital, make it lower case and put it in the file name for that txt file. -- new file name should not exceed 50 characters... so in the 5th line, if there are more than 50 characters (including spaces), only take the first 50 and rename the file to that. 3) After it finish the above... I will run the application again to do the following: -- browse to specific folder. -- for all sub-folders inside, named: "filez" delete the smallest X files and leave the biggest files. So.. for only subfolders "filez" ... sort files by size, then delete the smallest 20 files (in each sub-folder 'filez') and leave the rest (the largest files remaining). That's all :) So, it's some file management processing... but all simple I guess. Thanks for looking, tell me your price & deadline. Mary
