Project Description:
To build a VB.NET module to in Microsoft Visual studio 2010 to read and write sms’s.
The module needs to work with a current base GSM modem of phone that is connected to a serial port.
The module needs to read an SMS and present to the application the telephone number that sent the sms and the message.
The module needs to read from the application a telephone number and message to send to the number provided.
This module needs to work for both web and desktop applications
